Job Summary
Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases and conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents. Manage and maintain the main mailbox while assisting with triage, and create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports. Assist with case processing activities as delegated and perform other tasks as needed. This role is full-time and office-based within Medpace's Clinical Safety team, a CRO accelerating global medical therapeutics development.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs – requirement (English, Science and Maths grade 6 - 9/A - C)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- A-levels
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- An interest in clinical trials/drug development
