Job Summary
Project Area Superintendent to lead sequencing of work with subcontractors/vendors, enforce safety policies, support safety/subcontractor meetings, develop site logistics, assist with Beck Quality Control Standards and XMOP site procedures, coordinate underground utilities, review contracts/scopes, manage daily hourly labor, and track labor time in CMiC/workday. Requires 2-5 years field coordination or related experience and college degree or equivalent; proficient with construction technologies (e.g., Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, Revit). A strong communicator with a collaborative approach and interest in integrated delivery and process improvement. Beck Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of field coordination, or relevant commercial construction project experience
- College graduate with relevant degree OR relevant experience as Field Foreman or Field Engineer with basic safety awareness, supervisory experience
- Thorough understanding of project documents
- Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, Egnyte, CMiC, and Revit or comparable construction technologies is a plus
