Job Summary
Lead and oversee large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, conducting regular site reviews to monitor safety, startup activities, hoisting equipment, planning, scheduling, quality, subcontractor performance, buyouts, change orders, and costs. Establish and maintain ongoing liaisons with industry officers, directors, and stakeholders to negotiate operating problems and foster new work prospects while actively participating in business development and strategic planning. Review final cost estimates before proposals, ensure compliance with corporate risk management and insurance requirements, and assume a leadership role in the career planning and development of project personnel.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or relevant discipline
- 15+ years of combined project management and field operations experience
- Successful completion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training
- Ability to build and lead high performing teams at multiple projects concurrently
- Recognized as an industry leading subject matter expert
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
