Job Summary
Prepare project schedules, oversee documentation, and conduct ongoing quality control reviews while applying firm standards. Review projects for construction, code, and ADA compliance, then collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical design issues. Communicate with consultants and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure seamless project delivery on time and budget. Requires multi-family housing experience, an architectural license, proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam, and the ability to lead and mentor project teams. Join a 30+ person design-centric studio in San Francisco recently working with clients including Netflix, Amazon, and Facebook.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Architect on suitable projects in terms of type and size
- multi-family housing experience
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a project team
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills
- Commitment to high quality work and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Architectural license
- on track to licensure
