Job Summary
Project Architect role in Tallahassee, FL responsible for the financial performance of the project, coordination across disciplines, issuing and ensuring the quality of deliverables, and leading BIM coordination. Lead and mentor staff, coordinate with consultants, engage in client interface, and oversee design development through construction administration. Role involves establishing design intent, coordinating specifications and drawings, supervising technical documentation, and facilitating sustainable design solutions while maintaining strong client relations and project leadership. The position requires collaboration with Project Manager and Project Designer, and includes on-site reviews, travel may be required, and a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience
- 12+ years design experience
- Licensed Architect with current registration
- NCARB registration preferred
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred
