Job Summary
Lead architectural design and construction documentation for mission-critical data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver engineering designs, specifications, and model creation while performing calculation checks and quality reviews. Engage with clients and subcontractors to resolve concerns, support field construction efforts, and champion internal project quality reviews. Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work, providing technical guidance to drafters and engineers. Perform technical presentations and attend project meetings to solve cross-discipline problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program
- Professional Architectural License
- ability to be licensed in multiple states
- At least 8 years of professional Architectural Design experience
- Expert-level proficiency with REVIT
- Expert-level proficiency with Bluebeam
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of building codes
- Understanding of scopes of work
- developing budgets
- reviewing schedules
- Ability to work well across multiple teams
- lead small architectural teams
- Have previous project management experience
- Must be able to drive a rental car
- Must be able to work in one of the following offices two days per week: Fort Worth, TX Cary, NC; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Greenville, SC; Omaha, NE; Arlington, VA; Phoenix, AZ
- Must have Professional Architect License
- Must be a US Citizen
