Job Summary
In this role as a Project Architect, you will work closely with project teams on varied projects, continuously collaborating with internal teams and clients. You will develop concepts, attend client meetings, maintain positive communications, evaluate materials, and provide direction and mentorship to junior staff. Required skills include client and project management, technical proficiency in construction documents, and proficiency in Revit. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, and demands a motivated team player who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Team leadership skills
- Strong management skills and acumen
- Client and project management skills
- Experience with space planning, design, multi-discipline team coordination and leadership
- Technical proficiency in building construction, codes, and construction documents
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with proficient organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Licensure required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education project types
- Basic proficiency in Revit and other applications
