Job Summary
Project Architect to lead all technical aspects of Beck Group projects, using advanced 3D modeling tools (Revit) and 3D workflow; responsibilities include ongoing document quality control reviews, building systems selection, evaluation and detailing, budget and milestone coordination with Project Manager, staffing plans, constructability and cost-estimate collaboration, leading documentation and coordination with consultants, mentoring younger staff, and applying codes (zoning, life safety, accessibility, energy) while developing project manuals. The role involves leading project teams through documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination, with emphasis on building skin details and integration of interior systems, and supporting construction administration and IDE/education initiatives; requires leading with integrity and collaboration and may require travel or relocation within Beck’s healthcare/project portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant architecture experience
- College graduate with NAAB-accredited degree
- Professional registration
