Job Summary

Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration, preparing designs, overseeing documentation, and managing permitting and bidding activities. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and code compliance while resolving field issues and reviewing submittals. Mentor design staff, conduct coordination meetings, and present solutions to clients. Sign and seal construction documents and perform quality control reviews. Requires active Architectural License, 10+ years experience, and proficiency in design software.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Active Architectural License
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience
  • Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes
  • Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
