Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams. Lead design development and project execution, overseeing project documentation in Revit while ensuring alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, mentoring junior team members to contribute to a collaborative studio culture. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional with 5–10 years of experience to take the next step toward project leadership within our growing healthcare studio.
Required Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 5–10 years of professional experience
- Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure
- Project management and client-facing experience
- Proficiency in Revit
