Job Summary
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration, overseeing design, documentation, permitting, bidding, and quality control. Prepare construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates while coordinating with engineering disciplines, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with codes and industry standards. Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with Project Managers, resolving field issues and facilitating communication across multidisciplinary teams. Mentor design staff and present solutions to clients, ensuring deliverables meet technical accuracy and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Active Architectural License
- Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes
- Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in architectural design and construction documentation software
