Job Summary
Lead Project Architect responsible for delivering complex architectural projects from design through Construction Documents, permitting, bidding, and Construction Administration. Coordinates with engineering disciplines, performs cost estimating, conducts in-depth QA/QC checks, mentors staff, and participates in marketing and client-facing activities. Requires an active architectural license and at least ten years of professional-office experience, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, supervise teams, and manage scope/budget; relocation available.
Required Qualifications
- Active architectural license
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in a professional office
- Understanding of building construction methods and codes
- Experience in coordinating with multiple disciplines
- Ability to mentor and supervise staff
- Signing & sealing of documents
- Ability to manage large/complex projects
