Job Summary

Prepare comprehensive project construction documents and review shop drawings and submittals for adherence to codes and compliance. Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal team members throughout the full project life cycle, from programming and conceptual design to construction administration. Perform meticulous code review and documentation to ensure document accuracy across government, commercial, and institutional sectors. This role requires a Registered Architect with community-based experience and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUp. Required Qualifications

  • Registered Architect: Certified and qualified to practice
  • Community-Based Experience
