Project Architect (Multifamily)

Job Summary
The Project Architect will oversee the development of project vision, design, details, and management for multifamily projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the Project Team, directing internal and external consultants, and producing comprehensive project document sets. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA/QC reviews, client interaction, and construction contract administration. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture, registration as a licensed architect, and at least 7 years of industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in architecture
- Registered/Licensed Architect
- Competency in all aspects of design and documentation
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards
- Proficiency in Autodesk’s AEC Suite and Revit
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of professionals and consultants
Additional Requirements
