Project Architect / MEiT Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and IT systems integration in architectural projects by reviewing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to manage communication between the project team, clients, and contractors regarding MEiT matters while participating in meetings to provide updates and insights. Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to MEiT systems and offer technical guidance to the multidisciplinary project team. This role requires proficiency in Revit and other design tools, along with strong project management skills to support an award-winning firm focused on creating environments that positively impact lives through innovative, purposeful design.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in MEiT coordination
- Experience in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and IT aspects of architectural projects
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Revit and other design/modeling tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and regulations
