Job Summary
Lead solution architecture for large-scale digital transformation programmes for global brands in data and technology solutions. Own the architecture, document and communicate it to diverse audiences, collaborate with engineering, data science, and technology teams to create conceptual and logical solution architectures for scalable, integrated designs, contribute to common patterns and PoCs against industry trends, and enhance data management and BI solution adoption across markets. Strong focus on stakeholder management, translating business strategy into actionable architectures, and delivering design workshops to align requirements with architectural vision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Solution Architect in a data and technology environment, specialising in Data Management/Data Quality
- Experience delivering solution transformations, roadmaps and/or integration strategies
- Proven client- and delivery-focused experience, able to adapt a solution to meet additional requirements and constraints
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences
- Solid understanding of data concepts such as master data, reference data, data quality, and integrations
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to demonstrate proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple market profiles and business functions
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Proven ability to plan and adapt priorities in a dynamic business environment
- Ability to stay updated on industry developments and provide relevant advice or commentary
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
