Job Summary
Project Architect leading daily project-team efforts, serving as primary client/consultant contact, contributing to design philosophy, establishing detailed work plans and milestones, supervising junior staff, and coordinating building systems, codes, and regulatory requirements across large-scale commercial/mixed-use projects in SF, Hawaii, and the West Coast; requires accreditation in architecture, strong Revit proficiency, and leadership/mentoring capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited 5- or 6-year professional degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience on large-scale, multi-disciplined projects
- Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Newforma preferred
- Highly developed aesthetic sense in materials, color, form, texture, proportion, and composition
- Strong working knowledge of zoning ordinances, codes, and regulatory approval processes
- Technical expertise in building systems, material assemblies, and engineering concepts
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff at all project stages
- Proven leadership, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills
