Job Summary

The Project Architect is responsible for the vision, design, and creation of comprehensive architectural documents. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Project Team, managing relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and budgets. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited architectural program and hold a valid architectural license with at least 5 years of experience. The role requires strong leadership skills and proficiency in design and documentation, particularly in Revit.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited architectural program
  • Registered/Licensed Architect with 5+ years industry experience
  • Competency in all aspects of design and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, complete sets of drawings
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk’s AEC Suite
  • Familiarity with Construction Cloud
  • Technical proficiency in Revit

  • Must maintain base state registration and professional affiliations
