Job Summary
Lead design and coordination for architecture projects as Project Architect. Responsible for project financial performance, coordination of disciplines, issuance and content of deliverables, technical content of documents, QA reviews, and signing/sealing drawings. Primary responsibility for Construction Phase Services with collaboration with the PM, mentoring less experienced staff, and fostering sustainable design practices. Must be a licensed architect with strong leadership, client interface, and ability to supervise staff; role is primarily remote based in the Jacksonville area with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- NCARB registration preferred
- 12+ years design experience
- Travel may be required
- Overtime may be required
