Job Summary
Lead and oversee the architectural development of complex healthcare projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated designs. Responsibilities include preparing design sketches, communicating project updates, engaging in business development, conducting field observations, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of related experience, an Architectural Registration, and strong proficiency in essential software. Must demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and effective client-facing communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience required.
- Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
- Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must be a critical thinker.
- Strong technical knowledge and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Desired Qualifications
- CDT and LEED accreditation preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High analytical skills.
