Project Architect

Confers with project staff to outline work plans, coordinate duties, and resolve technical problems while directing junior personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Prepares reports for management and clients, coordinates activities with government agencies, and administers construction contracts through periodic on-site observations to monitor compliance. Establishes priorities, selects project procedures, and handles drafting and specification material research as required. The role focuses on the production and coordination of design, deliverables, and construction administration, potentially serving as the sole designer on small projects or working within a team under a Project Manager. Candidates must reside in EST or CST time zones.
