Job Summary
Lead architectural-prime and multi-disciplinary projects through design development, documentation, tender, and construction administration while acting as the primary client contact. Manage drawing and specification production, coordinate sub-consultants, oversee submissions with Authorities Having Jurisdiction, and support BIM and technical mentorship. Administer CCDC contracts, lead construction phase communication including RFIs and site reviews, and review payment applications. Develop project schedules, manage construction budgets, and monitor percent complete. Support proposal development, participate in client presentations, and mentor emerging professionals. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of architectural project management experience
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and relevant Canadian standards
- Demonstrated expertise in contract administration
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- OAA licensure
- PMP designation
