Project Architect I

Lead design solutions from initial concept through design development, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client expectations, budgets, and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications while coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Manage project schedules, milestones, and budgets, conducting on-site inspections to verify adherence to approved plans and quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project stakeholders to ensure goals are met. Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and ensure full compliance with building codes, permits, zoning laws, and sustainability certifications like LEED or WELL.
