Job Summary
Project Architect in Hong Kong leading the technical design of architectural systems, coordinating design development and production, and mentoring junior staff while interfacing with clients to align design objectives. The role emphasizes coordinating with external consultants, delivering benchmark documents, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Requires a registered architect credential, strong Revit proficiency, English fluency, and experience with construction-phase drawings; LEED familiarity is preferred with a 12-month pathway to LEED AP/GA. US project experience is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC Equivalent) required
- Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings
- Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required
- Fluent in both spoken and written English required
- Proficiency in Revit
- US project experience preferred
- LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment
