Project Architect

Lead project documentation and technical resolution from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring design intent is incorporated into detailed drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to verify requirements, manage BIM data organization, and oversee QA reviews for all deliverables. Supervise less senior staff, mentor team members, and prepare shop drawings, samples, and 2D/3D presentations while adhering to HOK standards and sustainable design solutions. Communicate directly with client leadership, municipal officials, and the Project Leadership Team to track progress, resolve issues, and secure approvals.
