Job Summary
Lead the development of construction documents and translate complex project goals into functional design solutions. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate architectural and engineering systems, execute agency review analysis, and oversee technical design efforts including detailed design development and quality control. Direct project teams to develop complete document sets, manage construction administration duties such as reviewing shop drawings and RFIs, and mentor junior staff. Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high standards for design quality and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- California Architectural Licensure
- 7 - 10 years of experience
- Deep understanding of programming, codes, and technical detailing
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills in team environments
- Proficiency in Revit
- Expertise with project management software
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- LEED accreditation
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp
- Experience with Enscape
- Experience with other graphic tools
