Project Architect, Healthcare

Job Summary
Support and implement project design as directed by Project Leaders, ensuring overall design quality aligns with firm standards and client expectations. Develop and prepare project deliverables while coordinating consultant inputs across disciplines. Conduct QA/QC reviews to verify compliance with life safety, constructability, and building codes, and monitor construction progress to ensure design intent is accurately implemented. Manage project documentation, including forms, correspondence, and data, while communicating design updates to clients and internal teams. Perform thorough site analyses addressing geotechnical, environmental, and contextual factors. This role sits in either the Pittsburgh Headquarters or Cleveland Office, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and minimum 5 years of AEC experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or similar degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AEC industry
- Professional licensure in Architecture

- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other industry software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite

- Able to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
