Required Qualifications

- Licensed/Registered architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Newforma
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of codes and standards
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope
