Job Summary
Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients, developing and maintaining effective verbal, graphic, and written communication to support positive, long-term relationships. Lead ongoing communication and collaboration with team members in other Firm offices, proactively engaging on a daily basis. Concept to complete construction documents by documenting design work from design presentation through all phases of design. This role requires a Licensed Architect in Texas with 10+ years of Healthcare Design or Planning experience and advanced technical skills in Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite. The position is full-time in Dallas, TX, reporting to the Director of Architecture. O�Connell Robertson seeks a passionate self-starter to lead projects in the Dallas region, creating solutions that make Healthcare spaces better for occupants.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare Design or Planning experience
- Licensed Architect in Texas
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated individual with growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of the design process
- Ability to work through fast paced projects
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- General knowledge of materials and products relevant to project work
- Independent problem-solving
- Advanced technical skills in relevant software programs
- Ability to project a professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to work in a highly visible, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Bluebeam
- Proficient in Revit
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
