Job Summary

Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, and QA/QC checks. Generate creative design solutions within functional parameters and translate concepts into images while preparing usable construction document detailing. Assist with project schedule management, develop technical solutions for stakeholders, and lead project studio team members through mentorship. Proactively resolve issues between project, design, and technical objectives in coordination with the Project Manager. Manage client relations and present findings, applying knowledge of construction methods, timelines, and industry standards. This full-time on-site role requires Monday through Friday attendance and includes experience with Revit and healthcare design.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial design
  • experience in Healthcare design
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration
  • High commitment to QA/QC
  • Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
  • Acumen for how things are built and constructibility, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget
  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
  • Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
  • Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours
  • Regular, reliable on-site attendance
