Job Summary

Lead the development of technical architectural content for complex life sciences projects, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design excellence and quality deliverables through design and construction documentation and administration. Responsibilities include conceptual design development through construction documentation, coordinating with disciplines, generating building code analyses and architectural project specifications, aligning with project budgets, scope, and schedule, participating in client presentations and meetings, mentoring architectural staff, cultivating client and industry relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting travel as needed. Required skills include strong communication, collaboration, and leadership; expertise in architectural documentation and coordination; technical proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office (Adobe Creative Suite preferred); and a track record of delivering projects from concept to completion. Hybrid in-office and work-from-home arrangement offered.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
  • Completion of Professional Licensure is strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with Life Sciences projects preferred
  • Proven track record delivering architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Knowledge of building codes and materials
  • Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
