Job Summary
Coordinate project resources and BIM tools to ensure design intent and documentation compliance. Produce construction documents, resolve jurisdictional code issues, and communicate technical clarifications to consultants and contractors. Manage project staffing, budgets, and task schedules while participating in QA reviews and developing firm-wide BIM applications. Maintain office standards for documentation and research construction materials and assemblies. This role requires a Registered Architect in California with 8-10 years of experience and strong Revit knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent educational experience
- Registered Architect in the State of California
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a professional architectural office setting
- Good to excellent Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in Health Care or Science and Technology a strong plus
