Job Summary
Manage and deliver multiple residential projects from concept through technical delivery, coordinating design stages and preparing planning and building regulation submissions. Produce technical drawings, specifications, and presentation material while supporting construction teams with design input and leading client interactions. Mentor junior architectural staff and collaborate with senior management to improve processes and project experience. Required Qualifications
- ARB registration
- minimum 5 years post-registration UK practice experience
- Strong private residential project experience
- Proven Project Architect experience
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent technical and design coordination skills
- Strong communication and client-facing ability
- Alignment with Pencil and Bricks collaborative, values-led culture
Desired Qualifications
- Senior Project Architect experience
- Experience leading small design teams
- Vectorworks experience
- Experience delivering architect-led residential projects end-to-end
- Comfortable working primarily from the Brick Lane studio
