Job Summary
Lead project teams and consultants from inception through completion, ensuring client vision and design requirements are understood and implemented through documentation. Manage project coordination, relationships, and technical planning while representing the firm to clients and conducting internal and technical meetings. Deliver design-sensitive projects on schedule and within budget by making authoritative decisions on significant impacts and leading client presentations. Requires ten years of architectural experience, including five years as a Project Architect on large-scale projects, with Revit proficiency and a professional degree.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of architectural experience
- At least five years of recent Project Architect experience on relevant, large-scale projects
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and graphics communication skills
- Revit proficiency
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional registration
