Project Architect

Lead projects from conception to completion across multiple program types and scales, serving as the primary point of coordination for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members; develop, coordinate, and oversee drawing sets, technical documentation, and project specifications; guide technical execution ensuring quality, code compliance, and integration of building systems; support project delivery by managing schedules, budgets, staffing coordination, and project milestones with Project Managers and firm leadership; coordinate permitting and regulatory submissions with AHJs; lead construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFIs, and change orders; conduct site observations and prepare field reports; mentor junior staff through technical guidance and day-to-day project leadership; represent the firm professionally in meetings and project-related interactions with external stakeholders; contribute to a collaborative studio culture that emphasizes design excellence, sustainability, and high-performance outcomes.
