Job Summary
Lead project teams to ensure timely execution and high-quality production of construction documents for various scale Education projects. Spearhead progressive design concepts through all phases and provide innovative ideas for architectural amenities that help clients stand out. Deliver effective presentations to advance technical expertise and deepen client relationships while mentoring design staff on career roadmaps. Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and innovations to support buildable solutions. Requires a Registered Architect with 5+ years of experience, including 2 years in Education Buildings, and proficiency in REVIT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in architecture from an accredited 5 year program
- 5 8 years of professional experience inclusive of 2 years of experience with Education Buildings
- Proficiency in REVIT
- Strong comprehensive knowledge of architectural principlespractices
- Working knowledge of building codes standards and building structures
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Architect preferred
