Project Architect - Data Centre Projects

Job Summary
Lead the architectural design and delivery of data centre projects through all RIBA stages, developing and managing detailed Revit models and project documentation. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholders to ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality requirements while resolving technical challenges. Prepare planning, tender, and construction package documentation, attend site visits, and support junior team members within a collaborative, BIM-led studio culture. Hybrid working is available, and the role offers clear pathways for professional growth and technical development.
Required Qualifications
- ARB registered Architect
- 3-4 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading projects through technical design and construction stages
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong BIM coordination skills
- Experience producing detailed technical packages and construction information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- The right to live and work in the UK
