Job Summary
Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC checks, and consultant coordination. Generate creative design solutions within functional project parameters and translate concepts into images while preparing usable construction document detailing. Assist with project schedule management, develop technical solutions for stakeholders, and lead project studio team members through mentorship. Proactively resolve issues between project, design, and technical objectives in coordination with the Project Manager. Manage client relations and conduct presentations while applying new methodologies, codes, and products. This full-time, on-site role requires a NAAB-accredited degree, professional registration, and 5+ years of commercial architecture experience.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Experience managing large teams on large-scale projects
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
- Experience performing construction administration
- Experience performing consultant coordination
- Proficiency or experience with managing overall project fees and schedules
- High commitment to QA/QC
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
- Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
- Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
- Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
- Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
- Acumen for how things are built and constructability
- Ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- This role is an in-office position
- This position is designated as full-time on-site
- Requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance
