Job Summary
Execute architectural design and development for corporate interiors from early concept through construction administration, translating design visions into coordinated drawings, specifications, and constructable systems. Establish project priorities in partnership with managers, coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure integrated delivery, and lead documentation standards while mentoring team members on Revit workflows and detailing. Manage construction administration by reviewing RFIs, conducting site observations, and resolving field issues to protect design intent and maintain code compliance. Support repeat client relationships with technical credibility and may contribute to marketing presentations for strategic pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in interiors or the architectural field
- well versed in corporate workplace, tenant improvement, headquarters, campus, or complex interiors projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related design discipline
- Architectural licensure
- Advanced Revit/BIM capability
- experience with AutoCAD
- experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- experience with Bluebeam
- experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of interior architectural documentation, detailing, accessibility, egress, life-safety, finish coordination, and construction-phase delivery
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate consultants and internal disciplines on complex, schedule-driven projects
- Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication skills
