Job Summary
The Project Architect will work primarily in the Community Studio at Little, focusing on Higher Ed and K-12 school projects. Candidates should demonstrate resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include leading teams to manage project budgets and schedules, producing contract documents, and overseeing construction administration. Ideal candidates will possess strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Architectural registration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
- 8+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry
- Architectural registration
- Strong production skills in Revit, Newforma, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam
Desired Qualifications
- LEED accreditation
- WELL building certification
