Job Summary
Coordinate, plan, and manage architectural projects by developing specifications, performing Revit modeling, and conducting site investigations. Execute projects under supervision while managing internal team communication, responding to RFIs, and reviewing submittals during construction administration. Prepare comprehensive narratives, drawings, and specification documents, maintaining quality within project constraints. Lead junior professionals through quality assurance reviews and confirm scope of work with the project manager. Participate in client meetings and cross-discipline coordination, applying independent judgment to complex problem-solving and code analysis. The studio operates on a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Architecture registration
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture
- Current knowledge of industry trends in space, function, and materials
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated team coordination and contract document leadership skills
- Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork
- Position may require travel for project-related activities
- The studio operates on a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in their collaborative office environment and two days working remotely
Desired Qualifications
- Aviation market experience
- Working knowledge of SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Bluebeam
