Job Summary
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration, preparing designs, documents, specifications, and permitting packages. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, consultants, and stakeholders while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Perform quality control reviews, sign and seal construction documents, and resolve field issues to ensure compliance with codes and standards. Present design concepts to clients and mentor design staff. Manage permitting activities, bidding responses, and cost estimates to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Active Architectural License
- Minimum of 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes
- Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in architectural design and construction documentation software
