Job Summary
Develop design and building performance strategies for healthcare projects, leading technical documentation from concept through construction administration. Contribute to schematic, design development, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and design intent while collaborating with consultants and stakeholders. Execute construction administration duties including RFI's, change orders, and agency review analyses for accessibility, zoning, and life-safety. Establish project work plans, coordinate with the Senior Designer, and mentor junior staff. Maintain awareness of evolving building technologies and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Architectural registration
- 7 to 12 years of experience
- Strong graphics skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit
- Knowledge of SketchUp
- Expertise with project management software
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products

- LEED accreditation
