Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders and participate in design and implementation of distributed cloud services, desktop, web, and mobile applications. Test, deploy, and maintain software components while reviewing designs before demos. Manage consensus-based project efforts, estimate implementation timelines, and prioritize work using Agile methodology. Optimize user experience and ensure code quality through rigorous debugging and tracing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
