Job Summary
Elicit software requirements from stakeholders, participate in design and implementation, and test, deploy, and maintain software components. Manage consensus-based project efforts by estimating implementation, prioritizing tasks, and reviewing designs before stakeholder demos. Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and debugging while optimizing user experience across smart IoT systems and distributed cloud services. Work within a collaborative team using agile methodologies to bring innovative lighting products to life. Requires on-site availability five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
