Job Summary
Lead and deliver multiple projects in Singapore for the SEA market by combining Project/Program Management with controls knowledge. Plan, monitor, and manage projects from initiation through completion, secure resources, and use formal processes to handle budgets, risks, issues, and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, site Supervisors and Engineers to drive operational infrastructure upgrades and sustainability rollouts. Demonstrate engineering/controls mindset with proficiency in automation technologies (PLC, HMIs, SCADA) and CAPEX project delivery. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills to keep key stakeholders informed and ensure successful program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Project Management certification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Controls) or relevant experience
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of design documents, contracts, and technical information; proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Experience delivering CAPEX projects and working with cross-functional teams
