Job Summary
Project Analyst supports project and program teams by analyzing data, tracking performance, deliveries, mitigating risk, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Serves as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data from KPIs, creating dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights, identifying risks and dependencies, supporting mitigation strategies, tracking schedules and budgets, preparing regular status updates and executive summaries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with project management standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in project management tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel and Microsoft 360 tools), tasks and resources planning, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
