Job Summary

Engagement Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical and logistical coordination for Bespin cloud engagement operations. Serves as a critical liaison between operational teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, resource coordination, and mission support throughout the engagement lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating engagement kit requests and approvals, managing tracking/status reporting for active kits, coordinating software license procurement and management, facilitating hardware shipments and field device logistics, serving as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers, compiling and distributing weekly operational reports to federal leadership, maintaining engagement documentation/configuration records, coordinating scheduling for kit provisioning/decommissioning, tracking engagement timelines and SLAs, providing real-time coordination during active operations, facilitating communication between technical teams and operational staff, managing resource allocation requests and priority adjustments, coordinating data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures, and maintaining inventory of resources and capacity planning information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with federal government stakeholders
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Customer service orientation with technical aptitude
  • Experience with reporting and metrics tracking
