Job Summary
Support financial feasibility analyses, underwriting, and development pro-formas for prospective and active real estate development projects. Prepare funding applications for public and private financing sources within deadlines. Assist with due diligence, coordinate project documentation and closing deliverables for construction and permanent financing, and assist with investor approvals. Create Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meeting agendas and minutes; assist with construction administration including monthly draw requests and review of submittals. Maintain organized project files and development schedules; coordinate with property management, compliance, accounting, and construction management staff through punch, lease-up and stabilization; perform other duties as assigned. Occasional day and overnight travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate degree required; graduate/professional degree in finance, economics, planning, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Two years’ work experience in real estate development, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft Excell and the broader Microsoft suite.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
