Project Analyst

Job Summary
Project Analyst supports the real estate development lifecycle from feasibility analysis and underwriting to funding applications, due diligence, and coordination of project documentation and closeout. Responsibilities include preparing development pro-formas and financial schedules, coordinating Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meeting agendas/minutes, assisting with construction administration (monthly draw requests and submittals), maintaining organized project files, and collaborating with property management, accounting, and construction management staff through final punch, lease-up, and stabilization. Requires an undergraduate degree (graduate preferred), strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, effective written and verbal communication, initiative, and willingness to travel occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- Two years’ work experience in real estate development, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel occasionally
